cancellation and Refund Policy

I understand that emergencies happen.  I will do my best to work with you in unusual circumstances.  In general, cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance of your appointment to obtain a credit toward another appointment. For daylong journey appointments, the cancellation deadline is two weeks. Thank you for your consideration.
